Set up a network profile, test your connection, and find your Link account.
What do I need to connect?
Bring a proxy endpoint you are authorized to use. Have its protocol, server address, port and any required credentials ready.
How do I check a connection?
In Desk Link, add your endpoint, create a network profile, and run the exit check. The result describes the check for that profile.
How do I activate my Link account?
Sign in to My Link with the same Desk account email used to open your Link access. If access is ready to claim, select Activate Link.
Where can I send feedback?
Open Settings in the desktop app and select Feedback. You can review replies there.
